About the event

All races start on the Bulimba Creek Bikeway about 100m west of the Stanton Road W car park at 7am.

The course is a 2.5km clockwise circuit through the beautiful Minnippi Parklands, incorporating a 500m out-and-back section at the southern end of the lake.

We are holding the 2.5km distance event for children only, but parents are welcome to run with the children.  There will be awards for children U16, U12 & U8 for this distance but all children will receive a certificate. The 10km and 15km events will have gender-specific awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place getters in all age categories.

There are quite a few entrances into the park so make sure you put Stanton Rd W (not E) into your GPS. You'll come to carparking on your left and will see the start/finish to your right.

We will be offering our famous post race pancake breakfast for all participants.
