A record field of 250 runners for Sri Chinmoy Barwon River Run were greeted with a humid but beautiful morning alongside the Barwon River.

Full race results are now available. Photos from the race can be viewed from our gallery with a few more
photos to be uploaded shortly.

Thanks to all volunteer helpers who helped make the day such a success including our St John volunteers and members of our Sri Chinmoy Marathon team who journeyed from down from Melbourne.

A special mention must be made to the kind cyclist who on discovering the aid station tables and water that had been left by our set up crew by the Queens Park Bridge proceeded to assemble the aid station
himself. So efficient was he that by the time our volunteers arrived at the site just before race start there was little work left to do but wait for the first runners to arrive.

We hope to see you all at our next race in Princes Park on the 25th April or the Sri Chinmoy Running & Fitness Festival at Williamstown on May 30.

Happy Running!
