Both the 5km and 10km Events are conducted around a stunning 1.8km loop in the East Adelaide Parklands.   Starting point is at the corner of Bartels  Road  and Dequetteville Terrace at 8am. From there runners head  west to East Terrace, heading along East Terrace turning left again onto Wakefield Street.   The loop is completed as runners turn from Wakefield Street back onto and along Dequetteville Terrace.   Runners in the 5km complete 2.75 laps and runners in the 10km complete 5.5 laps.

• Entry fees $12 or $10 for children under 16 years.
• Trophies are awarded to the first three male and female placegetters in each event and all entrants receive a beautiful souvenir certificate.
• A well supplied drink station is along the course at the corner of Bartels Road and Dequetteville Terrace.
• Be sure to remain for the post race hot pancake breakfast for all entrants.
