Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Sri Chinmoy Geelong Foreshore Run on Sunday November 9. A full list of results and photographs are now available online.

The event attracted a 220+ strong field, sunny skies and a stiff breeze for the return leg home. Congratulation to Brett Coleman who took out the 10km run in a very swift 33.46 to Patricia Calvin who took line honours in the 10km Womens race in a new course record time of 42.59, and everyone else who came to run, jog and walk along the beautiful beachfront course.

Our next event is another coastal run, the Sri Chinmoy Williamstown Foreshore Run on Sunday December 14 with 10km and 5km distance on offer. Online entry is now open.

Sri Chiinmoy Races will be staging more races in Geelong in 2009 along with a new swim event at Eastern Beach on Sunday 22 February, stay tuned to our website for further updates.
