Marathon & Half-Marathon 1.1km small loop:

Run north across the grass and turn right on the concrete path.   Cross the main cycle path and turn right again at the oceanside concrete path.   Follow this around in front of the Georges River Sailing Club and past their car park.   Turn right onto the main cycle path back towards the start/finish area.   Turn left at the concrete path leading back to the start.  Complete this small (1.1km) loop once for the Half-Marathon, and twice for the Marathon.

10 km (and Marathon x 4; Half-Marathon x 2):

Run north across the grass, over the concrete path and continue a few more metres on the grass, under the trees to join the main cycle path heading north.   Stay on this cycle path-  do not take the pedestrian-only options in a few places.   Continue behind "Omeros" at Ramsgate Baths.   The northern turnaround point is adjacent to the light pole immediately prior to the cycle path entering the next car park.

Return by the same route, this time continuing straight past Peter Depena Reserve, over the footbridge, across the road leading into the Georges River Sailing Club, and follow the main cycle path around to the right.

Follow the cycle path all the way to and in front of the St George Sailing Club.   Take the left hand fork leading under the Captain Cook Bridge.   This path loops back onto the western pedestrian pathway over the bridge heading south across the Georges River.   Then turn hard right to follow the path back under the bridge and loop back up onto the bridge returning on the eastern side, heading north.   Veer to the right after crossing the bridge, heading back down to the St George Sailing Club and the same cycle path leading back to the start/finish area.   Turn left off the main cycle path onto the concrete path leading into Peter Depena Reserve and left again onto the grass to the finish line.

5 km:

Follow the same course as above, but turn around at the "5 km turnaround" marker (half way between the 4 km marker and the 9 km marker coming from the opposite direction).
