About the event

All races start from Bayside Park, Manly at the corner of the Esplanade and Fairlead Crescent on Sunday 16 July 2023.

The course follows the beautiful bike paths of the Wynnum foreshore before venturing up into Elanora Park. It is fast and flat. There are aid stations equipped with water and electrolyte every 2.5km.

The 2.5km race is an out & back 1.25km with a marshalled turnaround. The 10km follows an out and back route turning around at the 5km aid station. The Half-Marathon race completes an initial 1.1km before completing the 10km course twice.    

There will be a three hour cut off for the Half Marathon.

A full course briefing will be conducted at 6.50am on race day.

Convenient carparking is available at the venue. Manly Station is a fifteen minute walk from the venue.

Provisional results will be streamed live to the web during the race.

A link to the finalised results will be emailed to all participants a couple of hours after the completion of all races.

Entries are non-transferable, ie. you cannot give your number to someone else.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO ON-THE-DAY ENTRIES AVAILABLE. (If you sincerely cannot enter online call us and we will do what we can to assist you).

Minimum age requirements on day of race:
2.5km: Under 16 years
10km: 12 years & over
Half Marathon: 16 years & over

Number collection is at 87 Pembroke Road, Coorparoo from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday 15 July.

If you are unable to collect your number, then someone can collect on your behalf or let us know and we can arrange pickup on the day of the race between 6am & 6.30am.

Chip timing will be used for this race so please don't forget your number on the day. If you do not have a number, we can arrange for a new one to be issued to you at a small cost. Please wear your race number unobstructed on the front of your running shirt.

Entries are non-transferable, ie. you cannot give your number to someone else. 

1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals will be presented in the10km and half marathon for the following categories, both female and male:
