About the event

Race number pickup will be at the race from 6.15am Monday 6 October .

All races start from Bayside Park, Manly at the corner of the Esplanade and Fairlead Crescent.

The course follows the beautiful pedestrian/bike paths of the Wynnum foreshore before venturing up into Elanora Park. It is fast and flat. There are aid stations equipped with water and electrolyte every 2.5km.

The kids 2.5km race is a 1.25km out & back, the 5km race follows an out and back route turning around at the 2.5km turnaround. The 10km race follows the same course, continuing on past the 2.5km turnaround, eventually turning around at the 5km aid station. The 21km race completes a short 1.1k loop then completes the 10km course twice, finishing through the finish chute.    

There will be a three hour cut-off for the 21km.

A full course briefing will be conducted at 6.50am on race day.

Convenient carparking is available at the venue. Manly Station is a fifteen minute walk from the venue.

Provisional results will be streamed live to Webscorer during the race.

A link to the finalised results will be emailed to all participants a couple of hours after the completion of all races.

 

 

 

How to Enter

Online Entries - closes 11:59pm Saturday 4th October

21km - $47, 10km - $35, 5km - $27, 2.5km - $17

Entries are non-transferable, ie. you cannot give your number to someone else.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO ON-THE-DAY ENTRIES AVAILABLE. (If you sincerely cannot enter online contact us and we will do what we can to assist you).

NUMBER PICKUP FROM 6.15AM MONDAY 7 OCTOBER  at the race

  • You may pickup numbers for friends and family.
  • Please wear your race number unobstructed on the front of your running shirt. The numbers are colour coded so that we can identify the distance you are running. We will be using electronic chip timing.

1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals will be presented for the following categories for both female and male:

Under 50
51 to 59
60 to 69
70 to 79
80 & Over

For the 2.5km kids race medallions will be presented for the following categories

Under 8     1st, 2nd & 3rd
Under 12   1st, 2nd & 3rd
Under 16   1st, 2nd & 3rd

If you think you have placed, please collect your medal before you leave. We will charge $5 for any medals that are posted.
